Michael Hunter for Twists Glass zanfirico latticino & murrine cane owl

This is a very special little fellow! He was made by Michael Hunter for Twists Glass in 2016 and is a one off. His back, sides and the top of his head are made of zanfirico canes in red olive green white and black in various combinations, with 3 small zanfirico canes of red and black in the middle of his head. He has large latticino eyes with a murrine cane centre, a yellow cane beak and his breast is made of rows of black & white murrine canes alternating with white zanfirico canes. He is hollow blown and is scratch signed "M Hunter Twists 16" and has a Twists Glass studio label.
